Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept requests for returns or exchanges for customer convenience.
Please contact us if the product is defective, damaged, stained, or misdelivered. We will contact you with further details.
You can return/exchange the products after the delivery is completed only if the products are defective or if the products are different from what you ordered.
Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the product.
The item is damaged or defaced by the customer after arrival, it will not be eligible for return.
Please note that we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges if they are lost.
